At Musgrave Hill State School our school leaders provide a peer mediation service during lunch breaks. Peer Mediation is about students helping other students to solve their problems in a peaceful way. Our Peace Builders work in pairs to listen to the concerns of the disputing students, and then help the students to come up with solutions that are fair for everyone.

Our goals for the peer mediation program are:

• To create more opportunities to address conflict in positive ways.
• To provide lifelong skills to our senior students.
